Money Saving Expert (MSE) Charity

Grants are available to not-for-profit organisations in the UK for projects that relate to the delivery of financial skills to different defined groups. The maximum grant available is £7,500. The MSE Charity will consider full project cost recovery, but costs must only relate to the project itself and not the organisation’s core funding.

The charity operates a themed approach for each funding round. Applications will be accepted from 4 February 2019 and close once the number of accepted applications reaches 40 or 1 March 2019, whichever is soonest. If the grant round closes early, the application form will NOT be accessible to complete.

There are two grant rounds per year. Applications are invited in February and September only. Each of the two funding rounds will be limited to the first 40 applications that are accepted or the deadline, whichever is soonest.

The next application rounds are scheduled as follows:

4 February 2019 to 1 March 2019 – Raising the Next Generation

2 September 2019 to 30 September 2019 – Life Changing Transitions

Groups should start the application process by taking the Eligibility Quiz, which can be found on the MSE Charity website (see https://www.msecharity.com) along with the online application form, a set of guidance notes and FAQs.

Those that wish to discuss their project should first send an email to the Operations Manager. Contact MSE Charity for further information on info@msecharity.com.
