Grants are available for local community based organisations for projects that improve community safety, reduce crime and disorder, and increase public confidence in the Staffordshire area, including Stoke on Trent. Funding is for one-off initiatives.

Grants of between £100 and £2,000 are available. A total fund of £100,000 is available for 2019/20.
Projects should support one of the priority areas set out in the Safer, Fairer, United Communities Strategy:
- Early intervention
- Supporting victims and witnesses
- Managing offenders
- Public confidence
- Modern policing
The scheme is biannual and has annual funding applications periods of:
- Round 1: 1 March-14 April.
- Round 2: 1 August-14 September.
Applications can be made either with an online application form or by downloading and printing the application form and then uploading it on the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner website.
All applications must be supported by a local Neighbourhood Police Officer or Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) whose details can be found on the Staffordshire Police website.
