Inter Faith Youth Trust Small Grants Programme

Grants are available for organisations involved in inter faith projects for young people that take place in the UK during Inter Faith Week from 10 to 17 November 2019. Grants of up to £800 are available. Grants can provide part-funding.

The scheme aims to fund projects providing informal inter faith educational projects for young people, in order to improve collaboration and understanding between religious groups. Inter Faith Week’s aims are to:

Strengthen good inter faith relations at all levels.

Increase awareness of the different and distinct faith communities in the UK, in particular celebrating and building on the contribution which their members make to their neighbourhoods and to wider society.

Increase understanding between people of religious and non-religious beliefs. Priority will be given to projects which are run by non-statutory organisations, such as youth clubs, scout and guide groups, local voluntary and community organisations.

The deadline for applications is Friday 23 August 2019. Match funding is required as 100% funding will not be awarded. An online application form can be found on the Trust’s website (http://www.ifyouthtrust.org.uk/). Contact the Inter Faith Youth Trust for further information at info@ifyouthtrust.org.uk.
