Blue Key CIC is a social enterprise, it is registered at Companies House (No 10985051) as a Community Interest Company. Community interest companies were created in 2005 as a way of giving social enterprises a structure that protects their purpose.
This means that any profits we make from trading we must put back into the community. Blue Key does onot have any shareholders and directors are only paid for the work they deliver. To view our articles of association, which lays out what we do, click here.
